The focus is on building operational resilience, optimising commercial outcomes, and supporting the CEO in driving the company's next phase of strategic growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved safely, on time, and within budgetOwn scheduling, programme performance, risk management, and commercial controls across all project stagesChampion operational excellence, health and safety, quality assurance, and documentation standardsManage contractual variations, claims, and supplier performance with clarity and commercial acuityServe as a senior leader across engineering, construction, and maintenance functions, reporting directly to the CEOCandidate ProfileProven experience in a senior operational or delivery leadership role within renewable energy or major infrastructureStrong commercial and contractual fluency, with demonstrated budget and programme ownershipDegree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
