Exam Invigilator Role
We are currently seeking reliable and flexible individuals to fill the role of Exam Invigilators.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compliance and Procedure
* Carry out all duties as directed by the appointed authorities.
* Ensure examination venues are prepared for assessments, including setting up materials and equipment.
* Manage exam material according to established procedures.
2. Student Support
* Assist students prior to examinations, directing them to their seats and advising them about permitted possessions.
* Provide support to students throughout the examination period.
* Implement regulations and guidelines.
* Verify student attendance and identification.
* Observe students vigilantly during examinations.
This is a seasonal position, occurring over three periods per year. Invigilators may be required from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. throughout the exam period.
