Flexsource are currently recruiting an exciting new role for our Client, a Global Leader in Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution based in Donabate.
My Client requires a Transport Cover Clerk / Controller to join their team to looking after day-to-day operation.
Key Responsibilities;
1. Assign Driver Vehicle and Paperwork
2. Check Driver Tacho and working hours
3. Check Return Documentation
4. Follow up on Delivery Issues
5. Check out vehicles keys and assign Bays
6. Ad hock duties as required
Key Requirements;
7. High Attention to detail
8. Good organizational skills
9. Ideally previous Transport Office Experience
10. Good Communication Skills
11. Microsoft Office Experience ( Word, Excel etc )
Pay
12. Day clerk duties - €17.05 p/h
13. Night clerk duties - €18.75 p/h
14. Day controller duties - €17.66 p/h
15. Night controller duties - €19.42 p/h
Shift Times;
16. 4 on 4 off roster
17. Day Shift 07:00 - 19:00 and Night Sift 19:00 - 07:00
