Key Responsibilities:
 * Lead Store Managers to drive sales growth, optimize stock flow, and improve operational efficiency.
 * Conduct store visits and cash management checks to ensure alignment with business objectives.
 * Support new store openings and implement business plans to drive district success.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute company-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
 * A degree in a relevant field or 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
 * Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 * A full driving license and flexibility to travel.
 * Experience in multi-site retail management is a plus.
