About the Role
The role of Quality Improvement Specialist is accountable for evaluating and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational procedures and processes.
This role will be responsible for carrying out chemical, microbiological, packaging, and sensory analysis as required, from crushing stage to finished product stages of production.
Key Accountabilities
* Quality Assurance: Ensure achievement of site quality KPIs, conduct chemical, microbiological, packaging, and sensory analysis, analyze data to identify problem areas, and develop quality improvement plans.
* Compliance and Safety: Foster and promote a safe environment, conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Project Management: Design, prioritize, manage, lead, and develop project timelines, budgets, and resources allocation, and integrate industry best practices to support achievement of project objectives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline, Level 2 in HACCP or equivalent, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software, and knowledge of industry best practices in quality improvement.
