Our client, a leading company in the data centre sector, is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join their team in Dublin, Ireland.
This is a full-time, permanent position within the operations department where you will oversee all site elements of electrical projects and ensure that all project deliverables are achieved effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
On-site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE etc.
Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
On-site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour
Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks
Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors, and subcontractors
Execute commissioning and close out plan
Ensure close out of snag lists
Attend internal team planning meetings
Update appropriate information to progress report
Communicate changes to the project team
Project quality reporting and monitoring
Oversee testing certification and handover
Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required
Job Requirements:
Experience in a Site Manager or similar role
SMSTS or SSSTS certification
Experience in managing and leading teams
Project Management experience beneficial
Computer literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Up-to-date manual handling & safe pass certification
Daily rate being paid between €29.14 to €31.14 + €20 a day + van + fuel card.
