I am currently
working with a growing Real Estate Client that due to their growth are looking
for a new Financial Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate is
someone who has 0 -1 years PQE within Real Estate / Construction / Utilities /
Energy.
Responsibilities:
* Accounting
services for entities within the investment group.
* Assist
with timely preparation of financial reports including income statements,
balance sheets, cash flow statements and other financial metrics across
entities
* Coordination of
cash activity within the investment structure
* Evaluate
and improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and
effectiveness.
Requirements:
o ACA/ACCA/CPA or
equivalent with ideally 0 -1 years PQE
o Experience within Real
Estate would be beneficial but not a requirement
o Strong knowledge of
accounting principles, financial analysis and reporting
o Ability to manage
multiple priorities effectively
This role is
ideal for someone who is looking to join a growing organisation which offers
great progression opportunities and be influential in the companies decisions.
You will be reporting into the FC and a dotted line towards the CFO.
