Finance Manager Are you a highly skilled and fully qualified accountant seeking an exciting opportunity to lead the financial operations of a dynamic company? We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to take on the ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day activities of accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring the organization's finance function is organized, efficient, and produces accurate data for Management Accounts. For You: Salary: €75,000 - €85,000 (DOE) Location: Dublin 12 Permanent Fully Onsite Your Role: The Finance Manager is a critical role within the finance function which reports to the Group Head of Finance and has 5 direct reports. The role supports and oversees Group Statutory Reporting, Management Reporting, General Ledger Activities, Annual Budget Preparation, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Tax Compliance. The role will also support systems migration projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee monthly preparation of management accounts pack for review with Group Head of Finance (€50m annual revenue) for presentation to the shareholders and senior management. Lead month end activities for example fixed asset register and lease schedule postings and management, journal entries for prepayments, stock reconciliations and intercompany recharges. Support and oversee preparation of Group Statutory Reporting packs and drive completion of annual audits for the group of companies. Oversee the activities of Accounts Payable Team reviewing aged creditors, reviewing pay runs, ensuring suppliers are paid on time and supplier reconciliations. Support monthly analysis of cash flow requirements ensuring appropriate allocation of funds and planning. Management of dividends process making payment, posting journals and filing returns on ROS. Manage monthly group invoicing run to customers. Support building the annual group budget across all divisions. Act as a Finance Business Partner to the business when needed helping to prepare commercial analysis to drive decision making. Assist with process improvement across all finance function activities Support group tax compliance across Vat, DWT, RCT, PAYE/PRIS and Corporation Tax. Support migration to new systems when required. Manage acquisition integrations as they happen. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified ACA/ACCA with 2-5 PQE in industry. Strong systems capability and highly IT literate capable of being super-user. Has taken charge of all financial reporting activities for entities (start to finish) in the past. Strong technical accounting capability Highly organised ability to work to deadlines. Commercially minded. Works well in teams and project groups and ability to work on own initiative.
