Finance Operations Manager



About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Manager to join our team in a part-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and compliance.



Main Responsibilities:



* Oversight of general accounting functions such as payroll, bookkeeping, and invoicing

* Monitoring of budgets and income levels on an ongoing basis to ensure that agreed performance/margins are met

* Coordinating audit/preparation of annual accounts

* Establishment, monitoring, and management of business operations to meet company goals

* Hiring/termination/resignation management of staff members

P Skill Required :Different organization setup Accountant with experience in senior operational or practice manager role ideally Financial Services professional Deep understanding business operation systems teamwork dynamics Strong leadership people management skills passion helping others succeed commitment ethical client-first service
