We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Worker. About the Role:
As a Healthcare Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality person-centred care to our service users. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and support, ensuring that each individual's needs are met in a safe and respectful manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hold a health or social care qualification e.g. third-level degree in Psychology, Social Care, Social Work etc.
* FETAC Level 5 – Health Care Major Award or its equivalent
* Experience working in a care environment
* Good knowledge of the principles and techniques utilised in cognitive rehabilitation
