 
        
        We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The Sous Chef will work closely with the team to oversee kitchen operations, stock management and ordering, support culinary staff, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role will suit a creative, ambitious, and dynamic chef as you will be involved in creating daily specials and have input to a regularly changing menu.
Duties include:
 * Assist with menu development
 * Kitchen management
 * Stock control and ordering
 * Quality control
 * Cost control
 * Adherence to food hygiene and health & safety regulations
