Junior HR Business Partner Role
The role involves working in a hybrid environment with 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, performance management, retention strategies.
* Act as a trusted Junior HR Business Partner supporting employees and managers to deliver effective human resources solutions aligned with organisational objectives.
* Develop strong relationships with People Managers to provide expert advice on human resources policies ensuring fair consistent legally compliant practices.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment with minimal supervision required.
* This job requires flexibility during peak periods including ability to adjust schedule or workload if needed.
