Job Title: Marketing Specialist – Analog Devices
Location: Limerick, Ireland (Hybrid Working Model Available)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team where you will provide essential marketing support across multiple teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Marketing Engineers, Design Engineers, Product Planners, Project Managers, New Product Coordinators, and Pricing Specialists to help drive product success from early development through launch and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Early-Stage Market Development:
* Oversee deployment and sampling activities to support early market nurturing.
New Product Launch Support:
* Contribute to the successful introduction of new products through targeted marketing efforts.
Brand Management:
* Develop branding guidelines for all models within the product portfolio.
Online Sales Enablement:
* Support and manage the online purchasing process for designated products.
Sales Team Support:
* Coordinate and maintain clear communication with the sales organization.
Product Enablement:
* Ensure X-grade products are properly enabled within ADI's internal systems.
Licensing, NDA, and Lifecycle Oversight:
* Manage product licenses, NDAs, and overall product lifecycle processes.
General Business Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information on product status, quality details, and order and delivery updates.
Qualifications:
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing administration or customer support within a product-driven organization.
* Strong communication skills and solid knowledge of customer support systems.
Skills & Attributes:
* Effective communicator and strong team collaborator.
* Highly organized with the ability to multitask and coordinate across diverse groups.
* Proactive, with a demonstrated ability to drive tasks to completion.
Location & Work Model:
This role is based in Limerick and offers a hybrid working arrangement following the initial training period.
