Process/Project Engineer – 12-Month Contract
Project Overview:
The current production process involves handling six barrels of powder on a pallet, where each barrel is opened, verified, and transferred to a drum through a powder transfer system before being extracted into a tank. The new project will replace the barrels with a one-ton bag system, mounted on a frame above the tanks. A new powder transfer system will feed the tanks as needed.
The Process Project Engineer will manage this process change and be responsible for identifying and implementing new equipment, ensuring compliance with equipment qualification and cleaning validation.
