Chef de Partie - Part-Time (24-32 Hours per Week) Location: Wexford, County Wexford Salary: €32,000 - €35,000 per annum, DOE Hours: Varied each week, typically 12:00-21:00 or 13:00-22:00, including weekends We are working with a highly regarded hospitality client in Wexford who is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. This is a part-time, permanent position offering the chance to work in a professional environment where quality, creativity, and teamwork are valued. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present all dishes and sauces to a consistently high standard. Work across different kitchen sections as required. Ensure dishes are produced in a timely manner, even during peak service. Operate in a safe and responsible manner, following recognised culinary techniques and HACCP standards. Maintain excellent personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. Work collaboratively as part of a busy, professional kitchen team. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a 4-star hotel or equivalent setting. HACCP training with a strong focus on food safety. Professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
