This role offers strong growth potential for motivated individuals ready to make an impact.ResponsibilitiesOperational Support:Manage master data uploads and API exportsProvide support for user application queries and escalationsMaintain and update supporting documentation (user guides and admin guides)Evaluate and assess new BusinessOptix releases for potential implementation within our librariesQuality Assurance Support:Support development and maintenance of QA standards and testing protocolsExecute QA testing and validation of BusinessOptix implementationsDesign and perform end-to-end testing for multi-system integrationsReview and validate Service Catalogue uploads in BusinessOptixSupport model transfer validation between Business Optix and our workflow toolQualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field3-5 years in Project Management experience with demonstrated responsibility and ownership of projects, preferably in financial domainStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesBasic understanding of API integrations and data managementExcellent documentation, writing and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and quality control mindsetBasic understanding of QA methodologies and testing practicesBasic knowledge of BPM concepts and process modelingProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteUnderstanding of financial services industry
