Are current ,seeking an experienced Operational / Office Manager (5 Day's on Site) to play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the business. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and working closely with the Leadership team this is a senior, hands-on role overseeing operations across all departments and ensuring the business runs efficiently, compliantly, and cohesively. The Operational / Office Manager will be responsible for the smooth operation of the business, acting as a central point of coordination between departments and senior leadership. This role requires strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to balance strategic oversight with practical execution. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business across all departments Act as a key support to the Leadership team assisting with planning, coordination, and execution of business priorities Report to and work closely with the CFO on operational, financial, and reporting matters Manage office operations, policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficiency and consistency Coordinate workflows and communication between departments Support HR and people management processes, including onboarding, policies, and compliance Oversee suppliers, contracts, facilities, and general administration Assist with budgeting, cost control, and operational reporting Identify and implement process improvements to support growth and scalability Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, health & safety, and internal governance standards Ideal Candidate 6 + years experience in an Office Manager, Operations Manager, or similar senior administrative role Experience working closely with senior leadership in a small to medium-sized business Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail Confident managing multiple priorities across departments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Strong knowledge of Irish Employment law Proactive, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a family business environment Excellent IT and systems skills Degree in Business.
