Job Description:
The Associate Knowledge Management Specialist will serve as a contributor, curator and publisher for internal and external information resources including (but not limited to) communications, articles that support games on the platform and CS policies, game content, and process guides.
In addition, the specialist will resolve CS information requests.
As a key member of customer support, the specialist is expected to maintain and preserve Blizzard's culture of excellence and commitment to quality in every aspect of their work.
Responsibilities
Coordinate subject matter expertise to develop content needs and outlines
Act as a curator for the internal and external knowledge base
Assist with the writing of internal and external communications, articles, game documentation, policies, and process guides
Provide editorial support for other information resources as requested
Adhere to associated style guides and reinforce compliance of other contributors
Factor in reporting needs and capabilities for information projects
Act as a point of contact for front line staff and CS support teams for information related issues
Assist with development and communication of documentation for product releases and updates
Other duties, as assigned
Requirements
Strong written and verbal English skills
Experience with business writing and communications
Highly detail oriented with a critical eye for editing format, grammar, and tone
Commitment to global teamwork and relationship building
History of excellence in quality
Demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritization
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Knowledge of and passion for Blizzard Entertainment games
Drive for self-improvement
Flexibility to work any schedule
Additional Considerations
Bachelor's degree in a technical writing or related field or equivalent work experience in a related position
Understanding of departmental policies and procedures
Familiarity with HMTL and web authoring tools
Proficiency in image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop
Written fluency in Korean
Familiarity with SharePoint

These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations.
