Key Payroll Leader Position
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Professional to lead our payroll team in Ireland. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the coordination of payroll for a large workforce.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, driving process improvements and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
As part of our EMEA Payroll Management Team, you will work closely with key business partners and senior management to align priorities, define best-in-class processes and drive strategic initiatives.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Building and motivating a high-performing payroll team
* Developing and implementing efficient payroll processes
* Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Identifying and mitigating operational risks
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a similar size and complexity organization
* Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* SOX compliance experience and knowledge of local legislation (Ireland)
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel and Access
* Familiarity with SAP, Peoplesoft, Workday, ADP software
Preferred Qualifications:
* Deep knowledge of payroll and local legislation (Ireland)
* Experience with payroll systems and tools
* Certification in payroll or accounting
