Contract Administration Role

This role is responsible for the administration of contracts from tender preparation to post-contract duties, including valuing progress on site and determining amounts of claims. The successful candidate will have a Quantity Surveying degree or similar qualification and extensive multi-sectoral experience in life-science, mission critical and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with tender preparation, handle queries during the tender period and evaluate commercial tenders

* Value progress on site for interim certificates, ascertain amounts due to contractors and draft responses to correspondence

* Negotiate with tenderers, determine amounts of claims and expedite contractors' insurances and collateral warranties

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, be able to produce accurate work to project deadlines and communicate complex issues clearly. A minimum of 10 years' experience carrying out pre and post-contract duties is required.
