What You'll Be Doing
Oversee daily pool operations and ensure compliance with company standards
Lead, coach and develop team members, including performance reviews
Ensure completion of all mandatory training and uphold safety regulations
Support retail sales and help achieve financial targets
Work effectively in hot and humid conditions (our Subtropical Swimming Paradise is heated to 29.5°C year-round)

Your Working Hours
Full‑time contract, with shifts falling between 6am and 9:45pm
Guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period (may be requested additional hours based on operational needs)
Includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
Qualifications & Experience
RLSS Pool Lifeguard / IWS Qualification
Supervisory experience in a similar role and environment
Skilled in people management, strong communication and excellent attention to detail
Friendly, genuine and approachable with guests and colleagues
Note: You'll need to complete a Garda vetting before starting (we'll help with that).
