Job Description:
This role involves supporting the sales and renewal of commercial insurance policies. You'll work towards meeting sales targets, retaining clients, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products. Ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly is crucial to your success in this area.

* You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key brokers, establishing trust by anticipating their needs and sharing information.
* Collaboration within your team is essential, working closely with team leaders and managers to meet broker needs and stay on track with team goals.

Requirements:
* APA or CIP qualified
* Minimum of 1 year experience working within the Insurance industry
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
* A willingness to learn and develop within the role is also important.
