Distribution Specialist (Italian Speaker)
Based in Dublin (with travel as required)
My client is looking for a fluent Italian speaker to join their Distribution team, based in Dublin. This role supports distribution activities, working with internal teams and external partners, and plays a key role in data analysis, financial reporting, and commercial support. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, particularly in financial markets, investment products, and business intelligence tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote my client's products through meetings, calls, and events (in Italian and English).
- Deliver training sessions on unit-linked and other investment products.
- Create and update commercial materials (presentations, reports, newsletters) in Italian and English.
- Manage and update the Distributor Digital Platform, ensuring commercial content is up to date.
- Provide ongoing support to distribution partners, handling product-related queries and requests.
- Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly investment reports.
- Extract and analyze sales data using business intelligence platforms (DWH, Datavision).
- Assist in tracking business performance, budget forecasts, and sales trends.
- Support the implementation of the annual distribution plan.
- Contribute to product development and sales activation initiatives.

- Strong financial markets and investment product knowledge.
- Ability to create and refine commercial and marketing materials.
- Experience with business intelligence tools for data extraction and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting) and PowerPoint (commercial presentations).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on sales performance tracking and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong presentation and communication skills.

Essential Skills
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written) - this is essential.
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in Marketing, Distribution, or Sales in banking, insurance, or asset management.
