Job Role:
As a Human Resources Leader, you will be responsible for leading HR activities at the site level and acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development for the site, ensuring a fair and high-performing workplace.
* Champion employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights on key HR metrics.
* Manage change initiatives, ensuring site-level practices align with group HR policies and legislation.
Requirements:
* Degree or professional qualification in HR (CIPD Level 7/8 preferred).
* 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior generalist/HRBP/HR Manager capacity.
* Experience in a manufacturing unionised environment is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
