Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering projects through all stages of construction, working closely with the project team to ensure timely completion and within budget.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a cost consultancy firm, managing budgets, developing cost plans, preparing Bills of Quantities, reviewing tenders, negotiating variations, providing cost reports, and managing final account settlements.

About the Role:
* Develop and manage project budgets and financial plans
* Prepare and review tender documents, Bills of Quantities, and other project-related documentation
* Negotiate and agree on project variations and changes
* Provide regular cost reports and updates to stakeholders
* Manage and resolve disputes and issues arising from project delivery

Requirements:
* 8+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Ireland or the UK
* 3rd-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
* Professional membership to SCSI (optional)
* Valid working rights in Ireland/EU
