About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring security, landscaping, cleaning, pest control, waste management and laundry service companies maintain legislative and regulatory accreditation. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining strong relationships with contractors and staff.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Ensure all external service providers meet legal requirements.
 * Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders to ensure services are delivered effectively.
 * Manage workflow and communication with internal teams.
 * Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
 * Monitor and report on quality standards.
 * Evaluate contractor performance and provide feedback.
 * Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address potential issues.
 * Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
 * 3-5 years' experience in building services or facilities management.
 * Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
