The Role:
What You’ll Do:
H andl e inbound customer calls with professionalism, care and an excellent standard of customer care .
Log customer complaints and share feedback with management to help shape improvements and new service offerings.
Escalate unfamiliar queries to senior colleagues, ensuring customers always receive the right support.
Use all provided tools and systems confidently, including safe and secure handling of payments where required .
Work closely with colleagues across the business to support smooth, efficient service delivery.
Record and process customer information accurately and to agreed standards.
Contribute to a safe workplace by following all company Health & Safety guidelines.
Represent AES professionally in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
The Person:
Strong computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office suite (ECDL certification desirable).
1–2 years’ customer service or office experience.
A positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent s ervice.
