What do you need?
* 3+ years' experience in live events or AV rentals, in a technical delivery role.
* Strong working knowledge of audio mixing desks, video switchers, projection systems, LED walls, microphones, and playback systems.
* Competence with signal flow, connectivity standards, and troubleshooting.
* Comfortable reading and interpreting technical drawings and stage plans.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
* A full clean driving license is required.
