Position Details
Job Purpose
Accenture, a global leader in professional services, is a trusted partner to the world's leading digital platform companies. Through our Digital Inside Sales team, we support advertisers of all sizes to unlock the full potential of digital advertising platforms. The Ad Sales Representative (ASR) manages and grows relationships with existing advertising clients, optimizes their ad campaigns, and drives revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Advertising Strategy & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, recommend optimizations, and leverage platform tools to improve ROI.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships, conduct needs analysis, and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Inbound & Outbound Sales: Handle inquiries, conduct cold calls, identify upselling opportunities, and drive revenue.
4. Campaign Lifecycle Management: Set up and monitor campaigns, collaborate on ad creative, and maintain account hygiene.
5. Reporting & Analysis: Create performance reports, forecast revenue, and maintain CRM data.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, support, and product teams to ensure campaign success.
Skills Required
1. Sales & Consultative Skills: Prospecting, pipeline management, needs analysis, and quota achievement.
2. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Platforms like Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, with understanding of key metrics.
3. Analytical & Technical Skills: Campaign diagnostics, data analysis, and familiarity with CRM tools.
4. Communication & Client Engagement: Effective verbal and written communication, stakeholder engagement.
Experience & Qualifications
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or related fields.
* German language proficiency at C1 level.
* Experience with digital advertising platforms.
* Post-secondary degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
* Ability to work in a hybrid model, residing within specified boundaries.
