Full-Time Conveyancing Legal Secretary
to join a busy, client-focused conveyancing team.
This role is ideal for a candidate with strong residential conveyancing experience who can manage files efficiently from instruction through to completion.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and legal support within the conveyancing department, managing
residential property transactions
and ensuring a smooth process for clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage residential conveyancing files from initial instruction to completion
Prepare, review, and process conveyancing documentation
Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and financial institutions
Maintain accurate case management and file updates
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the team
Requirements
Previous experience in conveyancing is essential
Strong understanding of residential conveyancing processes and documentation
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and legal case management systems
Professional, courteous manner when dealing with clients
