What You'll Do
* Source candidates for a variety of roles across Susquehanna's business units.
* Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
* Conduct market and competitor research to craft compelling job ads and outreach campaigns.
* Measure the success of sourcing and marketing efforts through data and metrics with recommended improvements.
* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and long-term relationships.
* Contribute to branding efforts and support local recruiting events and sponsorships.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a sourcing or recruiting role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to creatively identify and engage passive candidates.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
