Overview
We are looking for an Assistant F&B Manager / Supervisor to join our team located near Dunlavin, Kildare. The position is part‑time and 90% event‑driven with a high season from March to September and reduced activity thereafter. It offers a stress‑free environment with regular hours and the ability to plan rosters months in advance.
Responsibilities
Assist in day‑to‑day food and beverage operations.
Coordinate event production and ensure quality service.
Work with the management team to plan staff rosters.
Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.
Qualifications
Experience in hospitality management or a similar role.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Legally entitled to work in Ireland or the EU.
