Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to be part of our Consulting practice. The role offers a chance to contribute to and support a variety of client engagements, helping drive project team success within the finance transformation, project management, and change and innovation space. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Finance Transformation, Operational Excellence, and Finance Technology Implementation as we continue to drive impactful change across this key sectors.
You will be self-motivated, capable of working off your own initiative, and able to lead with the delivery of Programme/Project milestones. You will operate as a key member of our team, playing a lead role in delivering business-focused solutions to a wide range of Financial and Non-Financial clients, as well as supporting the strategic development of the wider Consulting business.

Roles & Responsibilities
* Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver and manage projects across key areas, including:
Project Management Delivery
* Lead the delivery of complex projects and programmes, ensuring high-quality outputs and meeting deadlines.
* Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
* Define and drive projects through all stages of the project lifecycle.
* Manage cross-functional teams across multiple business units.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, roles, responsibilities, and communication strategies.
* Identify and implement process improvements and solutions.
* Build client relationships and proactively interact with stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and provide analysis.
* Apply learnings from past projects and experience to provide innovative solutions.
Business Development
* Offer expert advice on financial processes, systems, and operational improvements.
* Act as a liaison between project teams for seamless communication.
* Facilitate workshops, define project scopes, and document outcomes.
* Engage stakeholders to drive project success.
* Support business development initiatives, including proposals and tenders.
Skills and Experience
Education and Certifications
* Degree with strong academic record.
* Accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, QFA) is highly desirable.
* Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies
* Experience in finance process improvement, automation, ERP implementations, and finance systems like Oracle, SAP, MS.
* Strong financial management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in business change, project management, and client engagement.
* Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail.
* Proactive, problem-solving mindset, and initiative-driven approach.
