What you’ll do
Lead cleaning validation activities and strategy for new and existing manufacturing processes
Serve as the subject matter expert for cleaning practices and provide strong leadership to a specialist team
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to deliver successful product transfers and project milestones
Author and review protocols, validation documents, and reports; defend strategies during audits and regulatory inspections
Troubleshoot and investigate cleaning-related issues on the manufacturing floor
Ensure continuous compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
What we’re looking for
10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical (biologics or similar) manufacturing, with a deep focus on cleaning validation in bulk drug substance environments
Proven leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and ability to influence diverse stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of cGMP and best practices for cleaning validation
Strong documentation and technical writing expertise
Degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, or related science (advanced degree a plus)
