Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced quality assurance professional to join our organization.
* Safety - Adhere to all safety protocols and use required protective equipment.
* Determine and implement quality control processes, procedures, and policies to ensure that products or services meet or exceed customer expectations.
* Promote a culture of right-first-time manufacturing on the site.
* Monitor and analyze data related to quality control processes, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
* Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
* Perform audits of quality control processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for corrective action.
* Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that raw materials and components meet established quality standards.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
* Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
* Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
* Oversee new product development procedures to achieve best-in-field results.
* Support implementation and improvement of procedures and processes to ensure required work standards are met.
* Participate in risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen quality challenges.
* Contribute to Lean project rollouts for continuous improvement.
* Show commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; make customer issues a priority.
* Ensure regulatory compliance certifications as appropriate.
This is a key role within the organization, requiring strong leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in quality assurance and be able to drive process improvements across the site.
