What you will do
Reporting to the Chief Creative Director, the Creative Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of the Global Creative team. This role is ideal for someone beginning their career in creative operations and eager to learn how a high-performing in-house agency functions. You will assist with traffic management, project tracking, vendor coordination, and planning support across various creative initiatives. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that plays a key part in helping the team deliver high-quality creative work on time.
How Will You Do It
1. Support the day-to-day operations of the Global Creative team, including multifunctional project coordination, scheduling, task tracking, and documentation.
2. Liaise with external vendors and freelancers for quotes, onboarding, and invoice tracking, supporting resource coordination.
3. Provide administrative support to the Creative Operations team and wider Global Creative team, such as calendar coordination, internal communications, and file organization.
4. Collaborate with creative leads and project managers to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines.
5. Mentor junior coordinators.
6. Represent Global Creative professionally and diplomatically.
7. Work according to team standards and operating procedures.
8. Provide administrative and coordination support to the Head of Creative Operations.
9. Exploratory use of AI tools will be involved in this role.
Required

* Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM) platforms, marketing automation tools, and comfort with exploratory use of AI.
* Understanding of the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in a professional environment.
Preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Familiarity with creative or marketing environments.
* Experience with creative technology stacks.
* Background in creative services or media production.
