This role will be based in Dundalk and will provide general technical and quality support to customers, suppliers and the internal team. Requirements: Relevant experience or a Qualification in related field (preferred). Understanding of fastener/component manufacturing processes. Understand mechanical drawings, PPAP and related requirements. Able to use hand tools to measure and inspect parts. Proficient computer and writing skills. Professional manner and appearance, be self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail. Training available. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Support for incoming receipt and inspection duties including recording technical information, dimensional, sample preparation, mechanical and performance testing. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities which include sample inspection and preparation, i.e., PPAP, FAI, ISIR, etc. Provide technical/quality issue support, investigation, and resolution (customer & supplier). Assist inspection and testing equipment maintenance and calibration. Assist in on-going quality improvement processes. Administration and maintenance of technical specifications, samples, records and databases. Reporting of quality related activities.
