Main Responsibilities:
* You will oversee current Inclusion Networks by empowering their partner sponsors, co-leads, and committees to run strategic initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion.
* The Inclusion Council Chair role will be supported in driving our inclusion strategy through partnerships with various stakeholders.
* Firm-wide Employee Relations & inclusion initiatives will be led, including people policies, Return to Work programs, Gender Pay Gap Reports, and accessibility enhancements.
Requirements:
* A seasoned HR/Diversity and Inclusion professional with experience in employee relations is required.
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, best practices, and relevant legislation is essential.
* Proven ability to build trust, influence senior stakeholders, and manage confidential conversations effectively.
