Job DescriptionTHE NIGHTINGALE AGENCY LIMITED is seeking an experienced CNC Brake Press Operator (5–8 years relevant experience) to join our manufacturing team.The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC brake press machines to bend, form, and punch metal and sheet materials according to specifications. This role requires precision, technical skill, and the ability to make decisions in the best interest of both the client and production quality.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC brake press machines, including selecting tooling, loading programs, and configuring settingsProgram machines efficiently for repeat jobs to minimize setup timeHandle and position metal sheets using hoists or other lifting equipmentRead and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD filesInspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality and tolerance compliancePerform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on machineryEnsure strict adherence to safety protocols and use of PPEMaintain accurate production and quality documentationRequired Skills and QualificationsProven experience (5–8 years) operating CNC brake press machines, including programming and setupStrong technical and mechanical aptitudeProficiency in interpreting technical drawings and CAD filesSkilled in precision measurement using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicatorsStrong problem-solving ability and attention to detailCommitment to safety and quality standardsGood physical stamina for standing and handling materialsGood command of the English languageAdditional Desirable ExperienceFamiliarity with secondary operations such as sawing, punching, or laser cuttingExperience fabricating parts from various metals (sheet, stainless steel, aluminium)Ability to work with tight tolerances and customer-specific requirementsExperience in identifying and ordering materials for productionBenefitsFree on-site parkingSick payOvertime opportunitiesScheduleMonday to Friday8 or 12-hour shifts (to be confirmed)Overtime as requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: €33,000.00-€40,000.00 per yearWork Location: In personExpected start date: 02/01/2026
