Finance and Legal Administrator | Hybrid Role
A well-established technology organization in Dublin 2 seeks an experienced administrator to support the CFO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finance and legal administrative tasks, with a strong focus on office operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Finance Administration: Manage the EMEA credit card program (Bank of America/GRAM), coordinate monthly reporting and reminders, tax withholding, receipts, and travel expenses.
* Legal Administration: Handle documents (signatures, powers of attorney, notarizations), provide support for board meetings, and maintain records.
* Office Operations: Coordinate mail handling, visitor management, onboarding support, lunch and event organization, equipment coordination with IT, and supply restocking.
* Additional Duties: Assist with organizing historical records and ensuring secure storage.

* No advanced degrees required; a strong admin/ops background is essential.
