Redmond Construction are currently seeking an Document Controller to join our team in Gorey. This position will play a key role in supporting project delivery through effective document management and control.
Scope:
The successful candidate will be responsible for organising, maintaining, and controlling project documentation across our housing contracts and certifications. You will collaborate closely with site teams, engineers, and management to ensure all project documents are accurate, compliant, and readily accessible.
Key Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Develop and maintain a document control process for our housing developments.
Ensure housing certifications are received in a timely manner.
Manage project-related documentation including technical drawings, procedures, correspondence, and compliance records.
Maintain construction records for housing developments.
Perform regular audits of documentation for accuracy, compliance, and accessibility
The Candidate: Required Experience and Competencies:
A successful candidate will have keen interest in the technical aspects of the housing/construction industry and in a document control or administrative role.
Experience working in a construction office, utilities, or engineering environment preferable but not essential.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
