We are excited to be partnering with a growing Medical Device client in Galway who are looking to hire a Senior R analyze data and resolve technical challenges.
Create detailed component and assembly drawings/specifications using Autodesk Fusion.
Select materials, assembly methods, and define process parameters.
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers for system integration.
Partner with vendors and external resources to achieve project objectives.
Prepare procedures, protocols, reports, and technical documentation.
Maintain accurate records of design iterations, test results, and project progress.
Support development of physician training materials.
Research new technologies, materials, and methods to drive innovation.
Apply engineering principles and simulation tools to optimize designs.
Ensure compliance with quality management system requirements.
Requirements Honours degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years' experience in medical device design and development, including SolidWorks, prototyping, and testing.
