Senior Team Lead, Operations – Night Time Position (Full- Time)

We act as a trusted partner to our clients, with the aim of streamlining post-trade operations in a compliant manner. Our services are designed to reduce operational risk, reduce costs, and improve the speed and accuracy of transaction processing.

Role Description

This is a permanent full-time position on-site based in Dublin 12 for a Senior Team Leader (STL) for the Night Clearing Team. The schedule will be Monday – Friday, 10pm to 6am. The Night-Time STL is responsible for leading and managing the cheque clearing team during night operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely processing. This role provides direct supervision, task allocation, performance oversight, and real-time support to staff throughout the shift. The STL fosters a positive, high-performing team environment, ensures adherence to operational standards, and serves as the primary escalation point for any issues that arise overnight. A strong focus is placed on guiding the team, maintaining workflow discipline, and ensuring all night-time activities run smoothly and in line with company procedures.

Responsibilities:

* Provide hands-on supervision and leadership to the night-time cheque clearing team to ensure a productive and well-coordinated workflow.
* Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adequate staffing levels throughout the shift.
* Support, coach, and mentor team members to promote skill development and maintain high performance standards.
* Conduct nightly team briefings to communicate priorities, deadlines, and operational updates.
* Act as the escalation point for team queries, operational challenges, or system issues during night hours.
* Promote a positive team culture that emphasises accountability, collaboration, and professional conduct.
* Oversee adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Manage the end-to-end cheque clearing processes to ensure accuracy, timely completion, and

compliance with cut-off times.

* Prepare and deliver shift handover reports for the daytime management and operations teams, ensuring full visibility of completed tasks, issues encountered, and outstanding items.

Requirements:

* Proven hands-on people management experience within a fast-paced operations environment (essential)
* Ability to lead, build and develop a team
* Critical eye for capacity planning / work scheduling & execution to critical deadlines
* Ability to manage issues with 3
rd
parties from identification, escalation and communications
* Develop positive collegiate culture across the team
* Identify process improvements
