Job Description
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding business with key accounts, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The National Account Manager plays a critical role in driving sales and fostering strong relationships with key clients within the FMCG sector. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
* Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, identify opportunities for growth, and address any concerns.
This is a hybrid role, office and field-based, requiring a strong capability in Excel and Power BI. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities when it comes to managing internal reporting lines & managing external communications lines i.e. Principle & customer and managing communications with internal stakeholders e.g. finance, logistics, leadership etc.
