About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Operations Manager to lead our site engineering team in ensuring the availability, operation, optimization, and lifecycle management of facility and utility systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results-oriented teams. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's operational efficiency and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, develop, and mentor the Facilities/Utilities Engineering team to deliver exceptional performance and meet business objectives.
2. Evaluate and implement strategies for reliable operation, optimization, and maintenance of facility and utility systems, including management of external vendors and partners.
3. Analyze and resolve major system failures, manage deviations/CAPAs, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
4. Develop and manage budgets, preventive maintenance plans, optimized maintenance strategies, spare parts lists, and bills of materials to ensure asset availability and performance.
5. Provide technical expertise and guidance on equipment lifecycle evaluations, forecasting replacement needs, and ensuring reliability, maintainability, and accessibility in new or modified designs.
6. Promote sustainability initiatives and reduce environmental impact through collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality protocols, and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
8. Support strategic investment projects and CAPEX initiatives by providing expert advice on facility/utility systems.
9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall employee experience.
