Our commitment to doing business the right way is rooted in our TRUE values - Trust, Respect, Unity, and Empowerment.About The Role:In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the Park Presentations Team.You will ensure, with the support of the your team that both guest facing and staff areas are cleaned and maintained whilst following all industry standards, guidelines, and recommendations. Reporting to the Park Presentations Manager, you will collaborate to improve the overall guest experience and drive a Guest Obsessed culture, ensuring your teams are role models for the expected behaviours and standards.Days of working:Varied Shift RotaKey Responsibilities:Achieving Park KPI general & toilet cleanliness scores through strong leadership, training and operational efficiencyPerformance and development management of a group of CleanersManaging a 24/7 team function, ensuring team are motivated and engagedOrdering and maintaining appropriate levels of stockTraining new staff membersSupporting the Waste & Recycling team where necessaryQualifications/ExperienceAn experienced cleaning supervisor with the ability to communicate clearly, motivating and inspiring a large workforceInterpersonal and relationship building skillsAgile in approach and a keen problem solver, able to react quickly to operational challengesProven ability to enforce policy & procedural complianceHigh standards and acute attention to detail with a proven track record of driving improvement and hitting targetsConfident in making high pressure decisionsConfident and competent in data analysisHow to Apply:If you are interested in joining a business that encourages professional development, career progression and the chance to work with inspirational people then please click apply and register your interest!
