At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Architectural Technologist to join our client’s growing team based in Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist with full proficiency in Revit, to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
What’s on Offer:
The qualified Architectural Technologist will join an established team of studio-based Architects, Architectural Technologists, Designers and Design Managers to work on medium and large-scale, often complex projects.
Experience you need:
1. Architectural Technologist (qualified in Architectural Technology) with 2/3 years+ post graduate experience
2. The role includes but is not limited to all architectural related tasks within projects and office practice.
3. Previous project experience should include a range of medium and large-scale developments
4. Technically competent in producing drawings from planning to construction stage of projects
5. Must be familiar with current TGD’s and BC(A)R
6. Strong Revit skills
7. Site experience is advantageous
8. Previous experience delivering medium and large-scale complex projects
9. Possess strong technical skills
10. Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment
11. Excellent communication skills to work across multifunctional teams
12. Well organised and successful in time and resource management
13. Self-motivated and ambitious
14. Must hold full permission to work in Ireland.
15. Driving License a must
