Residential Property Management Opportunity
Hays Recruitment is partnering with a leading property management service provider to recruit an experienced residential property manager. Our client has a strong reputation in the Irish property sector and has recently expanded their portfolio of business.
About the Role
This role involves managing a portfolio of residential developments, overseeing administration, responding to client queries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing the administration of developments, including review of correspondence and approval of drafts.
* Managing credit control issues and liaising with the accounts department.
* Liaising with the operations department to coordinate work on each development.
* Preparing reports for clients and senior management.
* Representing the company at AGMs and other meetings.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A PSRA licence or confirmed eligibility.
* Degree-qualified with proven management experience in the property industry.
* At least 3 years' experience in a management role, with strong skills in leadership, customer service, problem-solving, and communication.
