We are currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in Coleraine on a contract basis.

As the HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department in delivering efficient HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
* Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
* Assist with payroll administration and benefits management
* Handle employee queries and provide general HR support as required
Requirements:
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Knowledge of HR systems is a plus
