Application Specialist – UltrasoundIreland (Nationwide) | Dublin / Leinster / Midlands basedField-based | Part-time (3 days per week)We're partnering with a specialist Medical Imaging organisation to appoint an Application Specialist – Ultrasound, supporting customers across the Republic of Ireland.This is a clinical, customer-facing role focused on delivering high-quality pre- and post-sales application support, training clinicians on ultrasound systems, and optimising image quality and workflow in real world clinical environments.The roleDeliver high-quality clinical application training across ultrasound platformsSupport clinicians with image optimisation and workflow efficiencyProvide pre- and post-sales support alongside the sales teamDemonstrate product features and benefits at customer sites, workshops and eventsIdentify application or usability issues and escalate appropriatelyMaintain accurate reporting of training visits and activity via CRMWork collaboratively with sales, applications and project teams to ensure customer successGather customer feedback to support ongoing product improvementStay up to date with software updates and product enhancementsWho this suitsClinical background with 2+ years' ultrasound modality experienceDegree-qualified (or equivalent) in Clinical SonographyStrong understanding of ultrasound exams, clinical environments and workflowsConfident trainer with excellent communication skillsOrganised, self-motivated and comfortable operating autonomouslyWilling to travel nationwide across Ireland (occasional overnight stays required)PackageSalary: up to €70,000 FTE (€42,000 pro-rata)Bonus: 10% on targetCar allowance: €8,000 FTE (€4,800 pro-rata)Pension: EEE 3% / EER 3%Holidays: 23 days FTE (14 pro-rata)Life assurance: 4x salaryOther benefits: EAP schemeWorking pattern: Part-time, 3 days per weekInterested?Message me directly or apply to find out more.
